OUR STORY

The Van Wyck Gazette is a quarterly magazine based in New York’s picturesque Hudson Valley. It started out as a community newsletter in 2007. A printed pinboard, of sorts, it was a place, where homeowners learned about new rules and regulations from the condominium board or a new restaurant in town or how to care for a pet. That is, things they cared about. Its founders, Joseph H. Caplan and Margot Stiegeler, went door-to-door to deliver it to all residents.

Many, many cups of coffee—and hours—later, it has grown into what it is today: a regional culture magazine that can be found in hamlets and villages across Dutchess County, New York.

Our prints editions can be picked up at any of these locations.
